Join us on Saturday, May 4th from 10:00am - 4:00pm for Art on the Green! This annual event, sponsored by the Rockbridge Arts Guild and BVAC, is held on Hopkins Green in beautiful downtown Lexington. Artists practicing a wide variety of visual arts will be present to display and sell their work. Now in it's 26th year, Art on the Green is a delightful way to spend to spend a spring day. A show featuring work from Geoffrey Berg, retired Dean and professor at Columbia University and current Board Member of the Buena Vista Arts Council (BVAC), is currently on display at the Chamber of Commerce. An avid photographer of the scenic Blue Ridge Mountains, Mr. Berg's work features local Buena Vista and Rockbridge County scenes. Canvases may be purchased at the Chamber, with all proceeds benefiting the BVAC.
