In the fall of 2013, several civic-minded individuals gathered at a small café in downtown Buena Vista, VA and began an organization that has now become the Buena Vista Arts Council (BVAC). This 501(c)3 non-profit organization supports all art entities-- from non-profit to for-profit, individual artists to groups of performers, educational and just-for-fun--serving the full spectrum of demographics in our community.

Enjoy the Geoffery Burg Photography Collection
Geoffrey Berg was a local photographer with a deep passion for the vistas surrounding our community. After his passing, he donated his entire collection of more than 300 prints to the Buena Vista Arts Council. Our mission is to honor his legacy by making his work available for the public to own.
