The Buena Vista Arts Council has created a tiered donation system with ways for us to say thank-you depending on your donation level. Read below to learn more about sponsoring Artaplaooza, or download the Sponsorship Letter here.
Tiered Sponsorship
This year we are offering a tiered sponsorship opportunity. We are sincerely grateful for those businesses that have sponsored Artapalooza in the past and contributed to its success, and we hope even more will get involved in 2025. This year the event will cost a minimum of $3,000 to produce, however our goal is to expand and grow this popular event and increase its positive impact in our community! Following are the sponsorship tier levels available. Please select a tier that works best for you and your business:

Friend of the Arts | unlimited* | $40 | You may elect to sponsor a vendor (non-food) of your choice, covering the fee for their space. |
Supporter of the Arts | up to 30 | $100 | One vendor space and your logo on the Artapalooza banner. |
Advocate of the Arts | 3 | $500 | Your logo on the Artapalooza banner and up to 10 vendor spaces grouped together. Ideal for organizations, schools or special interest groups. |
Patron of the Arts | 3 | $1000 | Same as “Advocate” plus special signage for the event at your place of business. |
Benefactor of the Arts | 1 | $3000 | Same as “Patron” and this year’s Title privilege:
“[Benefactor Name]’s Artapalooza.” |
*Although we can take an unlimited number of donations at the “Friend” level, we do have limited vendor spaces. Your donation is always welcome and appreciated, but if we run out of spaces you may not be able to sponsor a vendor.
