Legacy of Geoffrey S. Berg
Geoffrey S. Berg was a professor, photographer, and supporter of the arts. Upon his death in 2023, Berg donated his photographs--showcasing his talent over many years and in many locations--to the Buena Vista Arts Council, of which he was an avid supporter.
“At this time," he said, "I am gifting my photography as a funding effort for The Buena Vista Arts Council that has...had a mission that parallels my own."
Berg's Work in the Community
Berg's prints are displayed in public and commercial spaces across Buena Vista and Rockbridge County. Prints available to view and purchase in person. As per Berg’s request, all proceeds benefit the Council's many programs that promote arts in the community.
